Registered office: 651a Mauldeth Road West, Chorlton, Manchester, M21 7SA, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration ZC059949. What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us — name, email address and anything you write in the contact form or in an email. We use these solely to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
- Basic technical logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and performance. We do not use these to identify visitors.
What we don't do
- We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use two processors to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting, security and server logs — UK/EU edge network) and Resend (delivery of contact-form emails — a US provider, engaged under UK GDPR-compliant safeguards including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We share your data with no one else.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data under legitimate interests (responding to a message you sent us) and, where an engagement follows, under contract. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while a conversation or engagement is live and deleted on request. Client records are kept for the period required by UK tax and company law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email hq@loveyoursmedia.com and we will respond within one calendar month. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
